Yeah, I wouldn't use it on the wheels - it will wipe out the redline AND the chrome on the spokes - kinda like this ! .... That's how I stripped these old wheels to restore them. Mark.

I've never tried it on plastic, but metal castings at the least overnight, depending on the type of paint. I've had some luck on some castings and others I ended up using paint stripper, it just...

When I've done my train stuff, I'll stick them in a container that night and let them soak until the next night - takes it right off ! A lot depends on the type of paint as well .... if it's laquers...

I use aircraft remover for most of my stripping but ONLY for metal , It will eat plastic . the good part is 5 min the car is totally stripped

Try the laqour thinner on spectraflame paint, it is almost instant. A little scrub with a toothbrush is all it takes. When I start my next enamel project, I'll try it, but don't think it will work....

Thanks Mark for the Info . I must of had Laquer paint on my windows I just did . It would not come off. I had to scrape it off with a exacto knife and then used Plastic cleaner on it . It work not bad...
